• Monday-Friday: 7am-4pm
• Saturday: 8am-12pm
• Sunday: ClosedYou can cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us directly via phone or text at (626) 817-3186.
- If canceled <7 days: No fee.
- 72 hrs: 50% cleaning or $100.
- 24 hrs: 100% cleaning.
This allows us to adjust our schedules and offer the slot to another client. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via phone or text at (626) 817-3186. If you reach out outside our business hours, we will get back to you the next business day.
No, you don’t need to be home during the cleaning. Many of our clients prefer to provide access to their homes via a lockbox, key, or garage code. However, if you prefer to be present, that’s perfectly fine too!
Yes, we bring all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have any specific products you prefer, feel free to let us know and we’ll be happy to accommodate your request.
Yes, we prioritize environmentally friendly practices by using organic cleaning products and fuel-efficient vehicles to reduce our carbon footprint. We use Clorox and Lysol primarily for bathroom areas, but if you prefer us to avoid these products, just let us know!
